Event Schedule
All Registered Athletes will be able to check-in 30 minutes prior to Open Stretch.
- 2:30 – 3:00 PM Athlete Check- in
- 3:00 – 3:30 PM Open Stretch & Warmup
- 3:30 – 4:00 PM Rotation 1
- 4:00 – 4:30 PM Rotation 2
- 4:30 – 5:00 PM Rotation 3
- 5:00 – 5:30 PM Rotation 4
- 5:30 – 6:00 PM Rotation 5
- 6:00 – 6:30 PM Rotation 6
Reminders:
- This is a USA Gymnastics Sanctioned Event, so all athletes and coaches must have active memberships on the day of the event. The only exception is the High School athletes, who compete for their school and not a USAG club team.
- Athletes will be wearing Runner’s numbers for easy recruiting for College Coaches.
