Athlete Showcase Qualifications
QUALIFICATION: Registration will be open to uncommitted athletes graduating from high school from 2022 to 2027 (entering 8th Grade Fall of 2022). Participating athletes must be either:
- Qualified Elite
- Level 10 (qualified for Nationals in 2021 or 2022)
- Level 9 (qualified to Nationals, Easterns or Westerns in 2021 or 2022)
- High School competitive team member (qualified for State Meet)
We accept other athletes through our petition process.
Athlete Registration
Once registration opens, camps will fill quickly, so athletes need to promptly complete the online registration form. Once the online form is submitted and payment is received, registrants will receive a confirmation email and the athlete questionnaire’s link. This questionnaire is the information given to the College Coaches for recruiting purposes, so it is important that athletes fill it out in its entirety and correctly.
Athlete Petitions
Petitions for Level 9/10/Elite athletes who did not meet showcase qualifications for injury-related reasons will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis (space is limited). Please fill out the online Athlete Petition. Petitioned athletes will not be charged the registration fee until the petition is accepted.
Athlete Fee
$150 per athlete, including S&S Signature College Bound Dri-Fit shirt and inclusion on the NCAA Coach Google Drive.
There are no refunds for this event. However, if an athlete needs to scratch for any reason, we will provide a full credit coupon (equal to the total value of the purchased registration fee) for a future S&S Gym Camps event. If a scratched athlete does not choose to take the credit, she will receive the Signature College Bound leotard and inclusion on the NCAA Coach Google drive.
Club Coach Registration
Great news! There is no registration fee for coaches who have a participating athlete in the 2022 Showcase. Without a participating athlete, coaches need to pay the $75 registration fee. We also host a “Meet & Greet” event for the visiting NCAA coaches and Club coaches. This fun event is free to all registered club coaches. Space is limited, so RSVP during registration. The “Meet & Greet” information will be emailed to all RSVP coaches before the showcase.
Club Coaches attending the Showcase must complete the Club Coach Registration and have a current USA Gymnastics Pro Membership to be on the gym floor during this USA Gymnastics sanctioned event.
