Athlete Showcase Qualifications
NEW QUALIFICATION UPDATE! Registration will be open to uncommitted athletes graduating from high school from 2021 to 2026 (entering 8th Grade Fall of 2021). Participating athletes must be either:
- Qualified Hopes or Elite
- Level 10 (qualified to Regionals in 2019 or 2021)
- Level 9 (qualified to Easterns or Westerns in 2019 or 2021)
- Level 9 & 10 athletes who were qualified to their 2020 State meet (this qualification will only be valid in 2021 events due to the cancellation of the 2020 competition season)
We are accepting Xcel Diamond Athletes through our petition process (please see below). Sessions will be capped at 48 athletes.
Athlete Registration
Camps will fill, so athletes need to complete the online registration form (link above) promptly. Once the online form is submitted and payment is received, registrants will receive a confirmation email and the Athlete questionnaire’s link. This questionnaire is the information that is given to the College Coaches for recruiting purposes, so it is important that athletes fill it out in its entirety and correctly. Athlete questionnaires are due by June 15, 2021.
Due to the cancellation of our 2020 events, all 2020 registrants were issued credits equal to the full value of their registrations. These coupon codes can be used to registered for any 2021 or future S&S Gym Camps event(s). 2020 registrants will not be automatically registered for 2021 events since dates and locations have changed.
Athlete Petitions
Petitions for Level 9/10/Elite athletes who did not meet showcase qualifications for injury-related reasons or an Xcel Diamond athlete will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis (space is limited). Please fill out the online Athlete Petition. Petitioned athletes will not be charged the registration fee until the petition is accepted.
Athlete Fee
$200 per athlete, includes S&S Signature College Bound leotard and inclusion on the NCAA Coach Google Drive.
There are no refunds for this event. However, if an athlete needs to scratch for any reason, we will provide a full credit (equal to the full value of the purchased registration fee) for a future S&S Gym Camps event. If a scratched athlete does not choose to take the credit, she will receive the Signature College Bound leotard and inclusion on the NCAA Coach Google drive.
Club Coach Registration
Great news! There is no registration fee for coaches who have a participating athlete in the 2021 Showcase. Coaches, without a participating athlete, need to pay the $75 registration fee. We also host a “Meet & Greet” event for the visiting NCAA coaches and Club coaches. This fun event is free to all registered club coaches. Space is limited, so RSVP during registration. The “Meet & Greet” information will be emailed to all RSVP coaches before the showcase.
Club Coaches attending the Showcase must complete the Club Coach Registration and have a current USA Gymnastics Pro Membership to be on the gym floor during this USA Gymnastics sanctioned event.
