STRIVE Gym Camps are the manifestation of a dream realized by Heather Schnelzer and Ryan Snider. While working together as Co-Head Coaches at Aerial Athletics, they developed the College Bound Showcase concept. Today, Heather owns and operates STRIVE Gym Camps, which since 2009, the College Bound Showcases and the High-Performance Camps have hosted over 6500 athletes and hundreds of  NCAA coaches at numerous events. In addition, more than 100 scholarships have been offered to recruitable athletes in the past ten years at these events.

The company’s mission is to host camps for all levels throughout the U.S. that allow athletes to train in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment with the best clinicians in the country. Every athlete will experience first-class training where they can strive to take their skills to the next level.
